• • Eligibility: The Great Irish Bake photo competition is open to all individuals who register for the Great Irish Bake campaign and submit a photo of their bakes or baking events on Instagram using the hashtag #GreatIrishBake. 
  • Entry Period: The competition begins on March 1st 2024 and ends on April 5th, 2024. 
  • How to Enter: Participants must register for the Great Irish Bake campaign and post a photo of their bakes or baking events on their Instagram account using the hashtag #GreatIrishBake during the entry period to be considered for the competition. 
  • Prize: The winner of the competition will receive a prize of €1,000 provided by Gem Pack Foods. 
  • Winner Selection: One winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Children’s Health Foundation. The winner will be chosen based on the creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme of the Great Irish Bake. 
  • Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days after the entry period ends. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, another winner may be selected. 
  • Publicity: By participating in the competition, participants grant Children’s Health Foundation the right to use their name and submitted photos for promotional purposes without further compensation. 
  • General Conditions: Children’s Health Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner. The Foundation also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the competition. 
  • Release of Liability: By participating in the competition, participants release Children’s Health Foundation, Gem Pack Foods, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
