NO REPRO FEE 10/3/2022 Ten-year-old Joseph Hammel and his dad Joe helped launch Children’s Health Foundation’s new Dare To Be Brave adventure series at Avon RΓ­ this morning. Inspirational Meath Dad Joe Hammel dared to be brave in 2021 when he took on a personal challenge to run 10km every day for an entire year to raise vital funds for sick children in CHI at Crumlin, after his son Joseph received vital treatment in the hospital after doctors discovered a large inflammatory tumour between Joseph’s heart and lung. Joe and Joseph are now joining Children’s Health Foundation to call on individuals and companies to step out of their own comfort zones for sick children in CHI at Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly by taking on the β€˜Dare to be Brave’ adventure series challenge this spring and summer.
