Top Oil and Children’s Health Foundation celebrate three years of ‘Fuel the Care’!
Since 2022, Top Oil have provided fuel vouchers to sick children and their families across Children’s Health Ireland sites.
On Tuesday 15th October, Top Oil will kindly pay for all patient parking in Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin, making attending the hospital a little easier
On Wednesday 16th October 2024, come help us celebrate Fuel the Care, at selected Top Oil service station in Ballina, Mayo. Throughout the year, 1c from all sales at the designated charity pumps goes directly to supporting sick children in Ireland.
Now in its third year of partnership, we are delighted to celebrate Top Oil’s 2024 “Fuel the Care” programme. Since 2022, Top Oil has been committed to supporting sick children and their families across Children’s Health Ireland sites.
Top Oil’s Fuel the Care programme provides fuel vouchers to families to help lessen the financial burden of travelling to receive medical care for their children. To date, over 1100 families have travelled nearly 140,000 kilometres to attend appointments, have directly benefited from these vouchers.
The fuel gift vouchers donated by Top Oil are used to help sick children across Ireland – children like Emma who regularly attends Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin
Edel, Emma’s Mum, explained “It was something that helped ease the burden of wondering how I am going to afford another hospital trip or a trip back home to maintain some sort of balance. Basically, it’s amazing. It’s a lifeline and it’s that vital link in the chain that keeps it all going”
To further the Fuel the Care programme, on October 15th Top Oil will pay for all patient parking in Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin, making attending the hospital a little easier.
Top Oil provides a Fuel the Care pump at select sites where one cent from every litre purchased is donated to Children’s Health Foundation.
